Something Old

Some images we come across leave an indelible mark for reasons which more often than not we cannot quite discern. This image of Yasmin Le Bon adorned in Jasper Conran (the epitome of 80’s “chic”), is just such an image. I must have read this copy of Vogue at least a hundred times, positively digesting the images within. The fact that what I saw within those pages bore not the slightest resemblance to my own life made it all the more special. It was pure fantasy and there’s nothing wrong with that… x
