Mostly Wearing: Rocking Reds

As you may recall, I have something of an ongoing issue with the colour red. Hardly surprising you may say as in many cultures the colour red is possessed of an innate power to repel, so is it any wonder I approach red lipstick with all the caution of a plump gazelle draped in a meat-suit whilst taking a late-night stroll in the Serengeti?

But, friends this is a momentous day! It would seem that after years of dubious choices and mismatched palettes, I have finally found my preferred shade! Laura Mercier’s Sexy Lips sheer lipstick is just the right shade of blue-red for my skin tone with a hydrating satin finish which is refreshingly long-wearing. What more could a picky girl ask for? x
