Generally speaking, if I am to avoid unforeseen snack related naughtiness my best defense is to be prepared! To that end I have stocked up my cupboard this weekend with all manner of healthy
health food dross goodness to ensure I am prepared for every snack related craving.
I have some quinoa chips from Eat Real which are really quite moreish (all things considered), some dates to take care of any sweet cravings, coconut flakes to add to cereals and porridge and finally some ground almonds to whip up a batch of the Hemsley and Hemsley ginger biscuits for afternoon tea action. Sorted! x
