Mostly Lovin’: Prawn & Pea Risotto"

Bonne année a tous! I don’t know about you but I have had my fill of all manner of Game, red meat, and poultry! It’s generally around this time of the year (OK so the first week!), when I find myself to craving full-on-flavour without the post-meal heaviness. Think hot and sour soup, chicken and vegetable broth and risotto. Ready to eat in just half an hour, I always wonder why I don’t eat risotto more frequently. Perhaps I can add that to my list of as yet incomplete resolutions, et pourquoi pas? Bisous.
